Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Parts Pass for your new car parts needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. In the event that you need to return or exchange a purchased item, please carefully review the following return policy guidelines and procedures.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
  • Within 30 days of purchase. Only new, unused, and undamaged car parts are eligible for return or exchange.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product.
  • Electrical or electronic parts must NOT have been installed or connected.

2. Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges:
  • You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns or exchanges requested after the specified timeframe may be considered at our discretion and may be subject to additional fees.

3. Return/Exchange Process:
  • In the event of a return: Parts Pass will provide a shipping address where the item(s) will need to be sent for processing. Parts Pass is not responsible for lost items or items send to an incorrect address.
  • Contact our customer support team at Kim@PartsPass.App to request a return or exchange or click on this link:
  • Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief explanation of the reason.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the package.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used, damaged, or modified car parts.
  • Special orders or custom-made parts are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated in this policy.
